How to Whisk & Prepare Your Matcha

Use a whisk to experience the true matcha ritual.

Reminder: Whisking is not required. Our matcha is so smooth, you can also simply stir into water using a spoon or shake to mix!

Scoop

In a dry bowl or cup add 1-2 scoops (1-2 tsp) of Mantra Matcha

+

2 oz of warm water

**Never use boiling water as it strips the matcha of its nutrients!

Mix

Whisk firmly in a “W” motion, for 20 seconds

then

Add in 4 more oz of water and mix for another 20 seconds to enhance froth

Enjoy!

Pour into cup and enjoy! Customize toppings and mixers as desired

Get creative by adding toppings like caramel drizzle, lemon, or cacao!
Our matcha blends do not contain any added sweeteners, real or artificial (not even stevia).

Iced Matcha


Follow steps 1-3

then

Pour the whisked matcha into a cup filled with ice and 10 oz of cold water (for a total of 16 oz). Shake or stir vigorously
to mix

Traditional Hot Tea

Whisk and add to 6 oz of warm water

**Never use boiling water as it strips the matcha of its nutrients!

Matcha Latte

Whisk and add to 6 oz of warm milk such (e.g., oat, almond)

Enjoy as an Iced Matcha Latte by using cold milk or adding ice after warm preparation
