Cinnamon Goji Matcha Brownies

Matcha brownie is a different take on the regular brownie. Where a traditional brownie is made from chocolate and cocoa powder, a matcha brownie is made with white chocolate and matcha powder. As a result, you get a vibrant green colored brownie that not only looks different but tastes unique as well. Apart from the ingredients, this recipe offers some fantastic techniques that ensure a perfect brownie. Serve this rich brownie with matcha ice cream to take it to another level.
• ½ cup all-purpose flour
• 2 tbsp Mantra Matcha: Cinnamon Goji Berry Matcha
• 1/8 tsp baking powder
• ½ cup white chocolate
• 1 cup butter
• 1 egg
• ½ cup sugar
• ½ tsp vanilla extract
• A pinch salt
Step 1: In a bowl, add flour, matcha powder, baking powder, and salt and mix well.
Step 2: In a microwave-safe bowl. Add butter and white chocolate and microwave it for a minute.
Step 3: Stir the mixture and if the chocolate is not melted correctly, give additional 30 seconds in the microwave.
Step 4: Add an egg to the chocolate mixture and whisk until everything is well combined.
Step 5: Add vanilla extract and sugar to the mixture and mix well until you get a smooth consistency.
Step 6: Pour this mixture into the dry ingredients and mix well with the help of a spatula.
Step 7: Line an 8 by 8 inches baking tray with parchment paper and pour in the brownie mixture.
Step 8: Place the baking tray in a preheated oven at 320-degree F for 20 minutes.
Step 9: When the brownie is cooked, take out the baking tray from the oven and place it on a cooling rack.
Step 10: Once the brownie is cooled, cut into pieces and serve.
